terms and conditions

1. No Refunds except where required by law.

2. Full Price Garments can be exchanged within 7 days with original receipts and tags. All items must be in new and unused condition. You must indicate your intention to exchange goods within 3 days of receiving goods.  You must pay the return freight charges, once we receive the garment within 7 days we will ship the new item free of charge.

Please email us on info@ginakim.com.au if you would like to exchange a garment.

3. All sale items are final sale - no refund or exchange.

4. International Freight - Items to be exchanged from outside Australia must be sent no slower than registered air-mail and must be endorsed 'return of goods'.  You must pay the return carrier charges and we will have the new item delivered free of additional charges.

We will not accept the return of any item which is considered used.

SHIPPING

Shipping within Australia is via Australia Express post satchels, this is not covered by insurance and dose not guarantee next day delivery. If you require your item to be insured please email info@ginakim.com.au and we can make alternative arrangements.

Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following working business day.
